However, we recommend you search and claim your existing listing on the Delano Dentists directory before you get started.
You must be logged in to the Delano Dentists directory to create a listing. Therefore, either log in or register for a new account. Then, from the homepage, click on "user" and select "dashboard" from the dropdown menu to get to the back end of the software.
Next, click "create listing" from the left side menu.
Select your marketing plan by clicking on the "select" at the bottom of the appropriate plan box.
It's now time to make your listing stand out by customizing every detail. This detail allows your patients to find you quickly and learn more about your practice.
Adding your geographical information is crucial to your listing. First, patients won't be able to find your office without the location information. But secondly, and more importantly, search engines cannot prioritize your dental office in search results when people search for a "dentist near me."
There are two ways to edit the map. You can type your address in the search box at the top right. Or zoom in and out on the map in order to drop a pin by clicking on the map at your exact location.
Start from the top and work your way down, filling out as much detail about your dental practice as possible.
Enter your complete professional name, including all credentials and prefixes.
Enter your dental practice's legal name. You should ensure that the name listed is consistent across all online directories, such as Google My Business, Yelp, and Yellow Pages.
Click on "upload logo" to add your practice's logo - a great way to promote your brand. An alternative to a company logo is a headshot.
Enter your legal address here. Help patients find you quicker by providing cross streets or neighborhoods to help guide them. Your city will populate in the dropdown menu if you type at least the first character in the name. Scroll through the dropdown and click on your city.
Enter your office phone number or WhatsApp number here.
The short description is a summary of your practice. Alternately, the description is where patients can learn more about your practice's team, services, and philosophy.
Enter your office email address so patients can contact you.
Enter your practice's website. Plus, extend your reach and make sure patients can find you on social media as well. Each URL provided needs to include the HTTP :/// HTTPS:// section.
Select your primary area of dentistry from the dropdown menu.
Enter the hours of your dental practice.
Enter your license number and licensing state to make it easy for patients to do their due diligence if preferred.
The more sections you complete here will give your patients the needed information to make an informed decision.
Add photos and videos to the enhanced multimedia section to showcase your dental practice.
Click on "browse" to search your computer for appropriate practice photos to add to your listing.
If you use any video streaming services such as YouTube, copy and paste the video URLs here. Then click the "+" to attach them to your listing.
Finally, after you have completed all information, double-check it for accuracy and click "submit listing."
To see how the final listing will look to your patients, go back to your dashboard and click on "listings." Then click on your listing name to see the full details. Take this opportunity to review and adjust any information needed.
